Liability waiver

Participation in the PPK Challenge is voluntary and physically demanding. By registering and submitting an entry, you confirm that you are medically able to perform pull-ups, push-ups and Korsquats (sit-ups into airsquats) at maximum effort.

You accept full responsibility for your own safety, your equipment and the space you test in. The PPK Challenge, its administrators and any participating gym, school or company are not liable for injury, illness, property damage or loss arising from your participation.

You agree to stop the test immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or any warning sign, and to seek medical advice before competing if you have any doubt about your health.

For competitors aged 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver on the competitor's behalf during registration.

Accepting this waiver during registration has the same effect as a signature. A copy of your acceptance, including its date, is stored with your competitor record.
